Las Vegas is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that provides temporary housing for families who travel to Las Vegas to receive medical treatment for their children. Since 1974, Ronald McDonald Houses around the world have been providing a comfortable, supportive environment where families can sleep, eat, relax, and

find support from families in similar situations.

RMHC also works to better the lives of children and their families in Southern Nevada by creating, finding and supporting programs that directly improve the health, education and well being of children. Through grants, scholarships and community outreach projects, RMHC helps thousands of children every year.

*The Las Vegas Ronald McDonald House? provides a "Home Away From Home" for an average of 400 families a year while their children receive treatment at nearby hospitals.

• Awarded over $290,000 in scholarships to 100 local high school seniors
• Presented over $61,000 in grants to programs that help children and families in Southern Nevada
• The Ronald McDonald House of Greater Las Vegas hosts an annual food drive that serves the needs of the House for one year, plus the needs of six local food banks.
• 100% of all funding for RMHC of Greater Las Vegas is raised through local fundraising efforts and private donations.
• RMHC of Greater Las Vegas will touch the lives of over 1,000 children in Southern Nevada through community outreach programs.
• The RMHC "Let's Do Lunch" Program provides sack lunches to families staying at their child's side in local hospitals.

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is a state-of-the-art mobile dental unit that travels to five rural counties in Nevada. The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is designed and built specifically for the purpose of providing diagnosis, treatment, referral and follow-up care for serious dental conditions, as well as preventive treatment and education to children 21 and under.
